Operations of Online Payment Service Providers

To provide a convenient payment service, we are working hard to seek secured and reliable online payment service providers as always. However, such service providers are independent third parties and are not affiliated with us. Their operation time, Deposits and withdrawals may be adjusted at any time and is beyond our control.

Starting from23 May 2023, the amount of RMB withdrawal must not be less than 5,000 yuan (RMB), otherwise an administrative fee of US$7 will be charged, net withdrawal RMB 2500-4999, less than RMB 2500 cannot be withdrawn.

1. Please pay attention to your trading account and make prior arrangements of fund transmittals, if necessary, to avoid insufficient funds due to market fluctuation.

2. When the margin ratio of the client account reaches or falls below the forced liquidation level, the system will begin liquidation starting from the largest single loss position until the margin returns above the forced liquidation level.
